Melinda McDermit or "Linda" McDermit as I was called all my life. I thought I would put my maiden name on this page and maybe a search engine will pick it up. I am missing some of my friends from high school and college. I grew up in Broomfield, Colorado and attended Golden High School. I left Broomfield in 1961 and attended the University of Oklahoma. I can't find my female friends as they married and I don't know their mrried names. It has only been over 40 years and we are all getting old. I am looking for Trudy Walsh and Carol Peterson-Arnold. Spring is going to get here I know. I took pictures of our neighbors buffalo. They are just across the fence. Soon they will have calves. The neighbor planted buffalo grass two years ago and we had a terrible drought. I hope his field does well this year. Fun to see every day and not have to take care of them. Feb. 2, 2001 |

From the back porch.......Melvin the deer is our pet (Now lives on the river and rarely comes home) the turkeys are wild and Melvin does not like them in his yard eating his corn. Now that Melvin is a big buck with horns he is not missed. |
